My nav bar on my home screen is different than the nav bar when I open another app. see the attached links to my nav bars.

I'm using good lock and navstar. I'm using the launcher that came with the phone. 

Why is the nav bar on my Home Screen Different Than the nav bar when I open any other app? And how do I fix this?
