S24 Ultra Wi-Fi Calling "Provisioning failed, please try again later." error on AT&T

Anybody know how to fix this issue? Before anybody asks, yes I contacted AT&T and they said everything looks fine on their end. This is on a S24 Ultra. I'm also using an eSim

I may be remembering wrong because it's been 7 months ago since I got my S24 plus with AT&T, and I had the same problem. I think I had to turn wifi off and set it up with data for it to work.

Maybe because you are using power saving mode? I'm not sure, though.

Then, probably, your phone service plan is limited, such as those who pay under $40 a month.

No, we ate paying for the most expensive plan. Definitely not $40 or below

It's not the phone service plan. That is not the problem.

Do you have your e911 address set? You can't use wifi calling without it.

Yes, my e911 address was already set, and then this started happening
