S24 Ultra phonecalls sound issue

Hi All, I have issue with my device (a week old) S24 Ultra, fully updated, when I make a phonecalls, sound is amazing, except when the other side says the words with S letters, these letters are like whistling loud, is that normal? Anything with S letters is so annoying that my ear hurts if I spend more than few minutes on the call.

1) are you talking to the same person on the same phone every time they enunciate the letter S?

2) do you have any magnets near your ear?

3) any clear calling features enabled?

To make sure everything is working correctly, please try running the Samsung Members diagnostic tools to check your phone for any hardware-related issues. Also, you can installing the Samsung Sound Assistant to change your volume settings
