S24 Ultra randomly turns on

Yes the titles said it (Awful english)

So i left the  phone while i'm showering but when i went back but then smth happen

The phone randomly turns on, not only that but also the phone is sort of warm

I reset 3 times and it still doesnt go away

and when i press the power button it refused to turn off and not only that the keyboard randomly goes off for no reason

and finally i reset all the settings with external (not factory reset) and it worked as charm now

I tried to search the issue but can't seem really find it tho i still have samsung care

Idk if its hardware or software issue

i don't have pic or video about it

I don't understand what you are saying.  Did you take the phone in the shower with you?  Leave it in the bathroom while you were taking a steamy shower?  In either case, if moisture got in that could be what caused your issues.  If it's working properly now, I would keep an eye out for further issues, and if none come up, you are fine.  You can run a diagnostic on the phone hardware through your device care setting to see if anything was damaged.

Nope i left the phone on the table but for now its working

i'll keep an eye on it.
