Galaxy S24Hello, welcome to the Community, and thanks for reaching out. I can certainly see how inconvenient it is for the AI options to not appear. First, see if a third-party application may be interfering with the AI features using Safe mode. If the AI options appear in Safe mode, then uninstall third-party apps until normal functionality of this feature is restored: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062983/
Next, try a factory reset. Back up everything you can beforehand (https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00060517/), then give your device a fresh start with the factory reset: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062029/
Lastly, if all else is ineffective, submit an error report via Samsung Members app: https://www.samsung.com/ae/support/mobile-devices/raising-an-error-report-via-samsung-members-app/
