Just got this phone. I'm very disappointed in the camera. There is an actual color shift in the photos and the contrast is very high. In fact it makes everything darker and with less detail. 

Is this a common issue?

Is there a fix?

No, that's how it comes. You should've read all comments before getting the set. Camera just not good. Try using a camera app, some help a bit

Have you tried adjusting your camera ratio (3:4) or activating Auto HDR/scene optimizer?
