S24 ultra and Bose Ultra earbuds

Hi... Looking for maybe an answer before I have to deal with Bose service again(2nd pair replaced). 

Seems my call volume is much lower than music volume. 

I can be listening to music-Sirius or apple play or YouTube. I will receive a call and I have to turn the volume up further and I can't hear the other party.

I've tried every setting adjusting the ANC. Up and down and even off.

Everyone else experience this? It's not an issue with my other earbuds Status 3ANC

Your phone has different settings for calling and general media. You might want to take that into account.

If it does I can't find it. Either way. The in call volume is louder on other earbuds than the Bose

Oh! I didnt realize that. You can manually increase the volume of each earbud in accessibility settings>hearing enhancements, then scroll to the button. There is also an option to change the the balance for call volumes as well.
