Galaxy S24My USB-C port was fine yesterday morning but last night I was unable to connect the cord to charge the phone. Nothing has changed since I unplugged it. It's as if something is stuck and blocking the port from accepting the cord. I've looked under a magnifying glass with lights and I see nothing out of the ordinary. I've tried multiple cables and they won't push all the way in to charge. My Galaxy S21 has been my best phone ever but I'm not too sure about this S24+ so far. The quality of this phone appears more flimsy than my S21 was.

Galaxy S24@nlainus Did you install a new case on your phone?

Galaxy S24Nope, same case I've always had and there's plenty of room around the USB-C cord. It seems to be blocked down inside the port somewhere. I have that same case on my S21 and it connects to that same cord no problem.

Galaxy S24@nlainus It would seem that the USB C port must be physically damaged. You will need to contact Samsung support to get the device evaluated.
