Galaxy S24Hello all, thanks for reaching out. I can certainly see how concerning it is for the S24 Ultra to become unresponsive when connected to Android Auto, and would like to look further into this for you.
If clearing the device cache is not working, as well as trying other adapters, it may be a third-party application causing this behavior. Try in Safe Mode (https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062983/) and see if the behavior is still present there. If it isn't, then you should uninstall third-party applications until normal behavior is restored when connecting to Android Auto.
Lastly, if the behavior continues to happen in Safe mode, then it may be time to try a factory reset. Make sure to back up (https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00060517/) everything prior, then perform the factory reset (https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062029/)
If the troubleshooting is not helpful, the phone will need to be evaluated by a certified technician.
