Samsung Messages settings can't connect to network issue

When I try to go to setting in my Smasung Chat messages it's says can't connect to network try back later. It's been doing this for days . Does anyone know what I can do?

I'm having the exact same issue and error screen - on Verizon. Just switched from Verizon's Messages+, because I had to but refuse to use Google Messages. 

Samsung Messages works but I get that same error when going to "Chat Settings".

Tried resetting WiFi, Bluetooth and Mobile Network connections but nothing works!!
