It's beta now. Then you'll be paying for it monthly. It's slower than 5G.

Yes go5g next is free starlink all other plans pay for it after beta.

Starlink to work requires ground stations as mobile phones don't have satellite receivers and transmitters, and starlink does not use cell towers.
No ground stations in range no phone calls
unless cell towers are in range.
