Are you talking about just showing the time or are you trying to display a widget that has a clock face? If it's the former,
Settings> lockscreen and AOD> turn roaming clock on.
If you want an actual clock face, from that same settings page scroll down and under the suggestions ("looking for something else?") you should see "" edit lock screen ". Click that and you can change the style of the time widget to different clock faces.
