Software update on galaxy s24 ultra issue (server unavailable?)

So I hot a security update and I hit insta but it says update unsuccessfully updated what can I do to get it to update I try to download the update but it says it's up to date I try to download it but it says server is unavailable can anyone help ?

Having same issue and I use Xfinity mobile. I believe they (samsung) are actively rolling out updates in phases for certain devices so it may just take time for the recent update to reach your device. I would suggest trying again tomorrow or maybe this evening. Hope this helps.

I'm having the same problem. My Samsung updates had no problems. My wifi is working great, but no go with software update. Always shows network or server error occurred. This has been going on for several hours now.

I'm trying to check for a update because I usually check every month for a update since it's mostly for security features and when I checked today it just stays stuck on Connecting to Server and yesterday it didn't give me that issue and my phone is paid off any suggestions why it's not Working?

In EU, S23 Ultra, same issue. Seems like Samsung servers are down or some sort of.

Updated my Z flip6 tonight to 6.1.1, ever since it has been saying connecting to server. I'm UK so maybe a Samsung server issue?
