Galaxy S24Check Network Coverage: Ensure you have a strong signal and are in an area with good coverage.
Restart Your Phone: This can resolve many minor network-related issues.
Check SIM Card: Make sure your SIM card is properly inserted and not damaged.
Check for Updates: Ensure your phone and messaging app are up to date.
Contact Your Carrier: If the problem persists, contact your mobile service provider to inquire about any outages or issues.
Try a Different Messaging App: If possible, try sending the message through a different messaging app to see if the problem is with your current app.
Check with the Recipient: Ask the recipient if they have received any messages from you and if they can receive messages from others.
Try Sending a Different Message: If you are able to send a different message, it could indicate that the issue is with the specific message you are trying to send.
Check for Blocked Numbers: Check if you have been blocked by the recipient.
Clear Cache/Data: Clear the cache and data for your messaging app.

Galaxy S24If it's network congestion, it's a carrier issue. The fact that the messages go through immediately (are you sure?) could mean it was only momentary. You could be connected to an overcrowded tower. It could also mean your antenna intermittently connects and disconnects. Run a diagnostic on the phone. Contact your carrier if the networks pass.
