Welcome to the community and thanks for reaching out in regards to this matter. First step I would recommend is resetting network settings. Please know that resetting your network settings will remove all saved Bluetooth device and saved Wi-Fi networks. Give these steps a try for resetting the network settings on your device: From settings>>General management>>Reset>>Reset Network settings>>Reset settings>>Tap on reset.

Next, I would recommend trying our general Wi-Fi troubleshooting. This guide can walk you through the proper steps to troubleshoot your symptoms: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001559/

If the behavior is still present, and the Wi-Fi doesn't connect, I would recommending trying Safe Mode as this will rule out any third-party software that may be responsible for your symptoms. To Safe Mode give this link a try: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062983/

If the conditions continue in Safe Mode, it may be time to try a factory reset, assuming resetting network settings was completed.  Back up everything you wish not to lose prior, and follow the guide carefully: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062029/

If the troubleshooting is not helpful, the phone will need to be evaluated by a certified technician.

You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in he U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/ or by contacting customer support at 1-800-726-7864.
