Galaxy S24because all of those google devices are base android, Samsung devices use One UI, which is what most come to Samsung for. You cannot compare when Samsung get this as opposed to others, as the others do not do what Samsung does, so is an entirely different thing.
Leave Samsung if you want, no one is stopping you, just be aware that all companies take time to get updates.

Galaxy S24Yes, by all means, switch over to the company that caused your issue, that will teach them!
Do people not understand that Google takes just as long to do their updates? We just don't know when they started them due to Google developing this in-house. Samsung takes what Google creates, and adds their unique UI on it, this takes time, but we know exactly when this starts as Google releases the information that their OS has released. If Samsung developed their own operating system , then they would not be beholden to google's schedule, but this also causes the issue of creating a new OS that would fail to compete with the 2 others that are dominating the market, Apple's IOS and Android.
As for why this has not released for you yet, this is based on your carrier. No where did they say that Samsung would release the stable version to your carrier, and then you would have it on your phone within minutes. After Samsung gives the OS to the carriers, it is on the carriers to add their "finishing touches" and then release and distribute the update. They do not update all devices at the same time as this would cause server traffic that halts their network, so it is rolled out in stages.
