My bluetooth has dropped connection to my speaker a few times so I went to clear the other Bluetooth cache and realized I can no longer access this from system apps. Did we lose that capability?

Galaxy S24Trying this out as I have a medical device that keeps disconnecting from the phone's bluetooth and isn't in the connection history either.

Galaxy S24Same problem with my S23+ with the clear cache and data buttons greyed out. My phone connects through bluetooth but no sound comes out.

Galaxy S24Bluetooth started to automatically get turned off as I was using my Samsung Galaxy buds. Sometimes it'd get turned on again automatically after a minute and reconnect. When I press the Bluetooth logo to make a connection, it becomes lightly colored, as if being in the process of being switched on, but then nothing happens and it goes back to "off".
When I go to settings > apps > Bluetooth I can't delete the cache or anything else, because the buttons are greyed out as described by others.
If this problem persists and I have to buy a new phone, it won't be a Samsung.
