My bluetooth has dropped connection to my speaker a few times so I went to clear the other Bluetooth cache and realized I can no longer access this from system apps. Did we lose that capability?

Trying this out as I have a medical device that keeps disconnecting from the phone's bluetooth and isn't in the connection history either.

It may help it may not hope it at least makes your Bluetooth usable again I'm bout ready to jump ship back to Apple Android ruined the Bluetooth ability but years before this they took away to 3.5mm jack almost ringing money grab to me like they forcing the phones to mess up to make you upgrade faster and more frequent just opinion though

S23 working fine with bluetooth until the software update this morning (1/28/25), which led me down this rabbit hole. **bleep** kind of recourse do any of us have?

Same problem with my S23+ with the clear cache and data buttons greyed out. My phone connects through bluetooth but no sound comes out.

Bluetooth started to automatically get turned off as I was using my Samsung Galaxy buds. Sometimes it'd get turned on again automatically after a minute and reconnect. When I press the Bluetooth logo to make a connection, it becomes lightly colored, as if being in the process of being switched on, but then nothing happens and it goes back to "off".

When I go to settings > apps > Bluetooth I can't delete the cache or anything else, because the buttons are greyed out as described by others.

If this problem persists and I have to buy a new phone, it won't be a Samsung.
