Unable to place order for S24 and watch through AT&T

I've been trying to upgrade my Note20 Ultra 5g to the S24 but I'm having no luck. I have AT&T, which has a deal where you can get the smartwatch for free. I can't seem to get them both in my cart at the same time. Any suggestions or feedback would be great. Thank you so much!

Call AT&T and have them place the order for you or go to your nearest AT&T store and try it there.
