The Zfold 4 trade in value is not showing correctly and is showing it as $0.00 on checkout.

Yup not going to screw myself and give up my phone for free. Also all the accessories are now sold out, so total waste of the $150 credit they are offering. Waste of my day, thanks samsung

I think given all the challenges we have had with Fold 4 trade in.. Once properly fixed Samsung should provide out of stock accessories for all us patient customers. We understand mistakes happen but this went on for good 8 hours and still no solution hence above request to samsung (be nice to us please)

We got the Fold 4 added to the trade-in list....now it is checking out at $0. Can anyone from Samsung provide an update? I would really REALLY like to give you guys my Fold 4 and my hard earned cash.

I've been in chat with them for the past half hour or so. The rep just said that they "just got an update that they are facing website issues"...obviously. But he said that I'll get an email once things are fixed....I really don't like that. I don't want to lose out on the early order discounts/credits/color/etc. Ugh.
