Apple has a agreement with Verizon to do them since they only have to make it for the Iphone with Samsung they have to do it for all of the models that Samsung Makes

The One UI 7.0 will be officially launched with the Samsung Galaxy S25 Series.

If rumours are correct, and the S25 Phones are really going to be unveiled on January 22th, release date should be expected to be around February 5th.

So then, the One UI 7.0 update should begin rolling out to older devices following that.
