Hi I seem to be having an issue with my screen brightness. It fails to get brighter when the light gets brighter. It appears to get dimmer, just the opposite of what it should. Outside it is mostly unreadable. I can manually brighten it up. Adaptive brightness is on, brightness setting slightly under mid range, eye comfort shield (adaptive ) on, enhanced comfort on, screen mode vivid, resolution qhd+
Not sure what to check to correct this issue. My old S20 didn't have this issue with the same settings
Ok will try that. I thought that's what adaptive brightness did. One would think that with it on, it should brighten up when things are brighter and darken up at night. Is there a setting to accomplish that?
