I am traveling and wanted a weather app. I downloaded the Weather Launcher app, and it took over my phone. It installed undesired apps, made ALL my apps disappear, and I cannot uninstall the app. Uninstall is disabled. The interface only contains the apps it installed, i.e. a very simple interface.
You know the phone has its own native weather app, and you can add locations and set it to show your local weather, so it will show you the weather wherever you are.
If you can't uninstall it from within the Play store either, I'm afraid the only option would be to factory reset your phone, and hopefully you installed it between backups so that a restore won't bring it back.
