I don't think my battery protection is working. I have it on basic and when I leave it plugged in on full battery, it does not drop any percentage at all. The battery status also says it's still charging. How do I fix this?

Galaxy S25Hello Wilton888, Welcome to the Community. We understand the concern with battery protection not working correctly.
You can try clearing the cache of Device Care using these steps: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10001372/
This link from T-Mobile provides steps to clear the cache partition from the recovery menu: https://www.t-mobile.com/support/tutorials/device/samsung/galaxy-s25-ultra/topic/update-amp-backup/w... Sometimes this can help when there is a glitch.
