Can't delete notifications

I recently got this phone and it wont let me clear any notifications from it, I can't swipe them away and there's no "clear all" button. I'm not connected to "link to windows". The only notification I've been able to clear is one reminding me to charge my phone.

Try this: long press on the notification in the shade, tap the settings icon, and go in and block app cloud. And, even disable it if you want. I did both. I never see a notification from that, ever.

Install Good Lock from playstore. I have the S25 Ultra, and that's what I had to do to get some of the basic features back.

You need to configure your notifications for these apps.
Some of the other answers users left are bizarre.

Settings>Notifications>App Notifications>Find the corresponding app
