I can't edit the lock screen on my S25 Ultra. I'm getting a "can't access content" message. Any solutions?

If you're still having trouble, do the following:
1. Go to Settings > Wallpaper & Style, and select the wallpaper on the left (the lock screen) (1st screenshot).
2. Edit the lock screen (2nd screenshot) and tap Done to apply your changes.![Screenshot_20250207_233655_Wallpaper and style_1000214189_1739000216.png Screenshot_20250207_233655_Wallpaper and style_1000214189_1739000216.png](https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/1225773iED7C17684E0DA6B0/image-size/small?v=v2&px=200)

Appreciate the feedback, but that's not the issue. Navigating to the settings is easy. It's the hard stop I'm (we're) getting.

I went to my local AT&T store and a team member looked at my phone, for awhile, and when she handed it back she had changed my lock screen. She couldn't remember how she did it but the lock screen and home screens were both changed to stock images. I had a video as my previous lock screen. With that, my issue has been resolved. So, the fix may be to change your theme to a stock theme and home screen to a stock image. Hope this helps. I can now go back to a video as my lock screen. I did see that several previous downloaded images were gone and tagged as not compatible. Good luck.
