Cant clear notifications when connected to Link to Windows

So the Clear All is not only missing when you swipe down to see notifications but I cant even swipe them away. Sliding to the right, they just slide back and cant be cleared.

Only way is to go into each item then back out to clear them.

What the heck?  What did they change? any ideas?

S25 Ultra? Try clearing cache on the One UI Home app in settings>apps and rebooting

Turned out the issue is when connected to Phone Link for Windows. When your connected and have your phone displayed on your computer screen, the option is gone as is also the option to expand most of the notifications you see when you swipe down. Close the windows display of your phone in Phone Link and magically the CLEAR button and the down arrows to expand each notification return. I can see no reason for that what so ever. Annoying. But perhaps this info will help someone else.
