Galaxy S25If your face is hitting the record button, it means the proximity sensor is not working and your screen is not turning off. If your screen was off, there would be no way your cheek would hit any button. If the record button was not there, your face could just as easily hit the hang up button. If the screen is not turning off, either because the proximity sensor is not working, or the screen is not timing out quickly enough, put in an error report.

Galaxy S25This is unacceptable. I have 3 seconds to click two different times so the phone won't announce to the other party they are being recorded. That's nearly impossible when answering a call when driving.
If Samsung doesn't get this corrected within the next week or so, I'm returning my S25 and making the leap to an iPhone.

Galaxy S25It is my understanding the phone does not automatically record, so you shouldn't have to tap anything unless, like the OP, you are holding the phone to your face. If yours is recording automatically, then there must be something in the settings to adjust that. Since I do not yet have the new UI, I cannot check any settings. In any case, if people don't want to talk to you because you are recording the call, apologize and then turn off the recording.
