I take it that regards the white icons/numbers in the status bar? They cannot be resized or customized. One can use a clock on the home screen, or even a good weather widget which shows both time and weather and can be customized.
If your referring to the time in the status bar it can't be made larger since its made to fit into that small bar across the top of the phone
