Galaxy S25I have a new Galaxy S25 Ultra. Frequently the phone has recorded calls without my permission. I have tried to disable it but there is no option to disable or remove the feature. There is a strange-looking app visible while the phone is recording. I took the phone to an authorized Samsung repair shop but they could not remove the app or fix this issue. This is a serious problem. One female friend will not answer my calls because she believes I recorded the call intentionally.

Galaxy S25Is there a toggle to turn that off? Open the phone app, the click on the three vertical dots on the top right. The choose settings, record calls and toggle off auto-record calls.

Galaxy S25There should be a setting in the phone dialer settings to stop auto recording. The record icon will remain on your dialer, but you have to manually press the icon to record (should you want to). At present, you cannot remove or hide the icon. If the call starts auto recording, just tap the icon to turn the record feature off.
