I installed company portal on my new S25 Ultra and signed using my work credentials and then I press Begin to create a Work Profile. It does something for 3-5 seconds and gives me an error "Can't add Work Profile'.
I checked with my company's IT Admin and there are no policy restrictions and they asked me to try on other devices.
I tried it then on my Note 20 Ultra and S24 Ultra and it worked fine. Seems like there is an issue with S25 software compatibility or something.
I called Samsung Care and they blindly shirked off their hands and told me to contact my IT Department 😞 Pretty useless. If there is no solution I might have to return the phone since I can't have a phone without my work email and apps.

Galaxy S25I'm from São Paulo, Brazil.
I've tried now after updating Android version and it didn't worked. Also talked with my IT admin and not even them resolved this issue.
Idk if this can help troubleshooting it, but we've installed TestDPC from Play Store and this app also does not work properly. I'm using now two phones to work...

Galaxy S25Gustavo, tenho o mesmo problema, o meu eu cheguei a instalar e tudo funcionar, mas tive que restaurar o telefone, depois disso nunca mais funcionou... faz um teste ai, desistala o portal, reunicia, ai coloca o portal como adm e inicia configuração, vou vai observar o icone da criação do perfil bem rapido perto do relogio, ai o icone some e da erro, ai vc volta e ve que o sistema tirou automaticamente o portal como ADM, entao, algo esta fazendo que quando é instalado um perfil esse perfil seja impedido de ser criado. briguei com o TI aqui achando que era algo deles, mas ta bem claro que é alguma coisa no telefone.
o Seu desde que vc tirou da caixa vc restaurou ele ou desde o inicio nao funcionou ?
penso que tb que apos a restauração falta algum app que impede essa criação do perfil.

Galaxy S25Fala, Carlos!
Cara, estou com esta situação desde quando retirei o S25U da caixa. Não restaurei nem nada.
Também acho que seja algo do telefone pois baixando o TestDPC, o próprio aplicativo diz que nãoo é admin, mesmo estando configurado com esta função nas configurações do aparelho. Parece ser alguma permissão da Samsung. Em resumo, dois aplicativos que fazem a mesma coisa estão com o mesmo comportamento...
Você sabe algum outro jeito que conseguimos entrar em contato com a marca?

Galaxy S25I still have the same issue since I got my phone - unable to create work profile with InTune. Trying any workaround found on the internet did not help. Even factory reset of the device did not help.

I just got the device last week.
Anyone from samsung can address this, since apperantly a lot of users still caneta use work profile on s25 devices?
IF this can provide any help, i'm from Brazil.
