New S25 Ultra Unable to setup work profile using company portal

I installed company portal on my new S25 Ultra and signed using my work credentials and then I press Begin to create a Work Profile. It does something for 3-5 seconds and gives me an error "Can't add Work Profile'.

I checked with my company's IT Admin and there are no policy restrictions and they asked me to try on other devices.

I tried it then on my Note 20 Ultra and S24 Ultra and it worked fine. Seems like there is an issue with S25 software compatibility or something.

I called Samsung Care and they blindly shirked off their hands and told me to contact my IT Department šŸ˜ž Pretty useless. If there is no solution I might have to return the phone since I can't have a phone without my work email and apps.

I use Testdpc to create a workprofile. Testdpc tells me it cant be setup as profile owner. Sounds like a related issue. If so, it sounds like it is not microsoft but device related.

I am also unable to install it. I get error message and direct me to my IT. My company IT has tried everything but could not resolve it and raised a ticket with Microsoft.

I am also not able to install Intune Company Portal on S25 Ultra (was able to do it on S23). My it raised a ticket with Microsoft but said this is a very small chance for them to do anything about it. 

I am not sure if this is an issue with compatibility or just that the phone is still too new? Never had this issue when I pre-ordered my S23 Ultra - it just worked fine.

I bought unlocked S25 Ultra in the UK by pre-order. My previous s24 ultra was fine with work profile. I did not used smart switch. I just setup this s25 ultra as new and facing same work profile issue.
