Disappointed the S25 has no S-Pen Bluetooth connectivity

Samsung this was definitely a deal breaker for me as I use Air Actions every day I was going to upgrade but I'm now sticking with my S24 Ultra I mean seriously Air Actions was the main selling point of the S-Pen

I was going to consider upgrading to the S 25. I currently have a S22 Ultra and after learning that Samsung is following in the foot steps of Apple taking away something nice like the S pen bluetooth connectivity i will not be upgrading. Maybe next year Samsung will add features instead of taking them away. Also the AI being the main point of sale is a mistake in my opinion.

I ordered, then cancelled, the S25 Ultra. Well, trying to. Cancelling takes forever.

Taking away 1% of something is not logical considering what was given back isn't all too much.

On the flip side, you saved my 1k, so thank you.

I am thinking there is a similar fiasco brewing as when, I believe it was the Galaxy Watch Active, first came out without rotating bezel. If I remember correctly, people just lost their minds! I believe Samsung was so inundated with negative comments and possible customer loss that they did bring back the rotating bezel, albeit not every year. I wonder if a campaign now would be worth the effort to see if Samsung an be convinced to do the right thing again?

Huge miss by Samsung for not including bluetooth functionality with

S25 Ultra. 

I am in love with the new design and the new colors *Jade green but I won't be upgrading.this year.

I just can't justify the trade-off, as I appreciate and enjoy the use of the S Pen as a remote shutter device for taking photos. Taking that in considerstion the loss of this feature would not be deemed an upgrade for me.

It really is a shame, but like they say "We can't always get what we want" but I am more than content with the S24 Ultra as in my opinion it is the superior of the two devices by comparison.

No, it's not. Samsung has confirmed this today. The article on Samsung's business website has been changed to reflect this. Amazon will rewrite the description of the S25U spen. Someone did a copy and paste from all the other spens that have been sold.

It's humorous how fast the tech blogosphere picked up that story and it spread around - now almost every site, from Tom's Guide to Phone Arena, is repeating the same wrong story LOL even if it was true, Samsung is out of its collective mind to think I'll pay $1400 for a phone PLUS another $50 for a function that has always been included.

While you are at it why doesn't Samsung remove the power button, volume button, and even the screen itself? Anyone use these at all?
