Post OneUI 8.5 Upgrade / Video Call Issue.

After the OneUI 8.5 upgrade, video chat with another android phone (even another Samsung phone with oneUI 8.5) fails. It keeps saying "video declined". If the other phone tries the same, they get a "video declined" error as well. This seems to work fine before the upgrade as I would make routine video call.

Just a side note, video calls through google Meet do still work however.

Since the UI 8.5 update, my video call is now not working on a s25 ultra. The whole family is doing the same thing. Any answers? 🤷🤦

This is a known issue if you are using AT&T ViLTE (Voice over Internet).
I suggest putting in an error report in the support section of the members app, include screenshots if possible, and try to replicate the issue before submitting the error report. In the meantime, I suggest using Google Meet until it can get patched in a future update. I also encourage you to reach out to your carrier, too, since this is a carrier issue. They need more people to report this issue to them.

My S25 Ultra is having the same problem, and my sister-in-law's device isn't working either.
