Galaxy S25It's been over 4 weeks now and I, Samsung or Straight talk can get this feature to work. IS anyone having this issue and is using Straight talk. I have tried EVERYTHING on here that has been suggested. It simply will not work. Certainly, someone knows the issue and can and will help. Please. Straight talk all but refuses to keep talking to me and Samsung insists that it is a carrier problem. Someone please help!!

Galaxy S25That is better info there since your number does not show and it should. Does the device use a physical SIM card? If so, take it out, then reset the mobile network settings. Then clean out the cache and data of the Google messages and uninstall it. Turn off the device and reinsert the SIM card and boot it back up. Then reinstall Google messages and go form there.
If it is an eSIM, just turn it off in the Settings/Connections/SIM manager and toggle it off there and follow the same procedure as if you are reinserting the physical card and doing the Messages all over again. Also, be sure to back up your text messages/chats before doing this.

Galaxy S25But I'm near 100% sure this is a carrier issue. Even in the Google settings it will say the RCS format is able to be used by carrier allowance.
So, my suggestion is to call your carrier insist on fixing the issue. This may involve going into the mobile network settings and they help add and set up a defined access point name with specific settings.
If not that, try another carrier.

Galaxy S25I use Metro by T-mobile and it's $25/momth including taxes & fees. They do have a setup fee. US Mobile has a good deal that offers perks for $25/month with a 35gig data limit. But they have a premium service for $35/month unlimited and it allows connecting to any of the big three networks on the fly.
In the end, it's your choice but be sure this is a carrier issue.
