Mine is doing the same.  It clicks and acts a bit crazy.

So I've been having this problem with my camera straight out of the box when I received my s25 ultra, everh time i open the camera app the camera jitters in and out and make a loud noice even when zooming in and out i can sometimes get q clear picture but its very annoying to have to wait minutes for my camera to fix itself every time, has anyone else experienced this? Mine always does it? It doesn't let me upload videos so all I have is a picture

I've also got in contact with samsung they sent me to a certified repair shop they turned me around and said since it's so new just have them send you a new phone out of warranty because it's obviously a manufacturer defect but now samsung says they won't unless I mail my phone in to do another diagnostic test that is just gonna prove the same thing, I told them I didn't have a spare phone to use while they take how ever long to receive this phone and send it back I asked if they can simply send a new phone and I will mail this one back so they can do tests on it or refurbish it what ever they need to do, I was told that can't be done so I'm afraid I'm stuck with the phone šŸ˜ž

I think it might be a software issue. Mine was fine out of the box for the first couple weeks until they rolled out the last software update. Then I started having the same thing happen, but it's not always so I'm fine with waiting for the next software update to see if it gets fixed.
