Upon purchasing my Galaxy S25 Ultra, I distinctly recall acquiring Samsung Care+ with loss and theft coverage. Given my history of misplacing items, this protection was a priority. However, my current policy documentation only lists Samsung Care+; loss and theft coverage is absent. I have been unable to locate this coverage information, even on the Samsung Care+ website, despite checking my warranty details. This discrepancy is causing considerable confusion.

Galaxy S25Try this; open settings/about phone and then scroll to the bottom. Is there a Samsung Care+ selection there? If so (and it will display how many days are left for eligibility), open it and if the discrepancy doesn't show there, then try using that format. But, be sure that when it actually comes to check out time, that you are getting what you want overall. If it does not show, then call Samsung Care as per what GaryB82 provided.
