Upon purchasing my Galaxy S25 Ultra, I distinctly recall acquiring Samsung Care+ with loss and theft coverage. Given my history of misplacing items, this protection was a priority. However, my current policy documentation only lists Samsung Care+; loss and theft coverage is absent. I have been unable to locate this coverage information, even on the Samsung Care+ website, despite checking my warranty details. This discrepancy is causing considerable confusion.

Look here: There are 3 Samsung care+ plans with 3 Fees that are different choose wisely. There is also NY plan if you live in the Empire State.

From the link, Scroll down to Learn more radio button and select find number of Servify tech in support. If you purchased the 24 month plan when you purchased your phone Asurion handles claims and information, not Servify tech.

Yeah since youā€™ve already purchased the protection you would need to talk to someone to get this fixed they are super helpful.

Try this; open settings/about phone and then scroll to the bottom. Is there a Samsung Care+ selection there? If so (and it will display how many days are left for eligibility), open it and if the discrepancy doesn't show there, then try using that format. But, be sure that when it actually comes to check out time, that you are getting what you want overall. If it does not show, then call Samsung Care as per what GaryB82 provided.
