Galaxy S25You now have to use Samsung Wallet in order to continue using Samsung Pass. If Wallet is not already installed on your phone, you can download it from the Galaxy store. You would open the Wallet, tap the "all" tab on the bottom right and you can then access Samsung Pass to view or edit passwords. You do not have to put any payment cards into the wallet in order to use it for Samsung Pass, but you might find it useful to put in other things like membership/loyalty cards, boarding passes, e-tickets, etc. Samsung did this as a way to encourage more people to use Samsung Pay/Wallet. I guess they figured if you already had the wallet, you might add at least one payment card. Personally, if I were you, I'd transition away from Samsung Pass, as it is proprietary to Samsung devices, and you cannot export your passwords into any other password manager should you ever decide to leave the Samsung ecoverse, or if you have other non-Samsung devices where you want to use your passwords. I suggest using Google autofill/password manager.

Galaxy S25Sometimes it takes longer than a week for a response with error reporting. They have to have an available programmer comb through the log to see if they can identify the problem and then see if they can offer a fix for it - either by advice or patch. You have to remember, there are more people sending error reports than there are programmers (they likely have a team of less than 10 for error reports) and, if logs are uploaded it takes time to go through all the lines of the logs to see what is happening.
