I have a Galaxy S25 Ultra, and I often use the search bar in the app drawer to quickly find apps. Because the phone is large, reaching to the bottom of the screen to use the search bar can be a bit awkward. I'd like to suggest adding a setting to allow users to choose the position of the search bar in the app drawer (top or bottom). This would give users more control over their phone's layout and improve usability, especially on larger devices like the Galaxy S25 Ultra. Having the option to move it to the top would greatly improve the user experience for me. I hope Samsung will consider adding this customization option.

The search bar was at the top of the screen before UI 7. People were asking for it to be moved to the bottom.

They moved it to the bottom???? Now I am sure I am really going to hate OneUI7.  I hope my series is one of the last to get it.  How does it being at bottom fly with the vertical app drawer? I would imagine it interferes with smooth scrolling. I do like the idea of making it a choice - perhaps when they bring NavStar up to date.

Not to hijack the post, but is the vertical scroll at least optional? Can we choose to keep it as "pages"?

Yes, you can still have horizontal with a caveat, you can't put it those pages in alphabetical order. Only custom as of now!
