I pre-ordered the s25 on the 22nd of January immediately was met with an email saying it put on hold because of too many trade in orders problem is there is no other order and i have completed every trade in for my past orders support told me that they forwarded it to their internal team it's been about 3 weeks since then and the problem still isn't resolved and the internal team literally takes a WEEK to respond which is ridiculous i don't know why it's taking them so long to remove the hold on my order🤦‍:male_sign:
