Hello

I have been trying to purchase s25 ultra since yesterday and my order was then but it got canceled right away n then when i m trying to redo it says IMEI.is already used with other order as i was using trade in option.

They have no idea what to do and ask to keep try ordering.

Any leads?

I really need more than 256gb of storage but I also can't stand big phones. If I could get my hands on the s25 base 512 model from another country, would it even work in the US? Any advice would be appreciated.

Sorry but 256Gb is the max that you can order in the US for the base model of the S25.  I only see Korea with a 512Gb and it would all depend on if your carrier would support that model

Hi,

Has anyone order the S25 Ultra through Samsung website?  I did and follow the instructions.  The site sent me to T-Mobile to complete the order which I had to supply my SSN# and Drivers License information along with a credit card. I also had the Samsung Care+ protection plan in my basket, it was a great deal at $39.00 for two years.

When I finished entering my information into the T-Mobile site, I went back to Samsung site and saw that the phone and Samsung Care plan was still in my basket.  Best I can tell is that I paid T-moible for my phone.  After chatting and calling Samsung Sales and Samsung Care team, I keep getting the answer that the price for Care plan is part of the bundle with the phone.  I must have explained at least 6-10 times that I purchased the phone through Samsung website and I wanted to complete the sale of the Care protection plan.   It is so frustrating that I have spent no less than 3 hours trying to resolve this issue.  I also do not see the Samsung points that I earn when purchasing the phone.

Has anyone else had this problem and if you did, how did you resolve it.  Thanks in advance.
