Galaxy WatchEver since the update on July 26th I am having issues with getting numbersync to connect and play music through spotify through the LTE. It worked great up until yesterday and now it's pretty much a bluetooth watch that can call and text from it's own number. Is this happening to anyone else? Because this watch has constantly seemed to be having issues with it features it seems.

Galaxy WatchSo here's a summary... last week on 07/30/2020 my Active 2 LTE received an update and after the update I no longer had the LTE function of the watch. I had an error message "Mobile network unavailable" and only phone calls functioned on the watch. Called AT&T support on the phone and went to the AT&T store later that day. After resetting the watch several times, resetting mobile networks and 2 new esims at the AT&T store... nothing resolved the problem. The watch had no internet connection basically. So AT&T rep put notes in the system and then provided info for me to call Samsung to initiate a warranty claim since my watch was purchased less than a year ago.
Update 08/05/2020: Samsung repair received my watch and I just now got an email confirmation that my watch is "fixed" and it's been sent back to me. Apparently the Samsung repair ticket indicates the solution as "REPLACED PBA". (I have no idea what PBA means.)
I could have sworn it was due to the recent software update since a lot of other people are having the same issue.

Galaxy WatchGot mine back and still doesn't work.
I don't know what I should do at this point. Should I call Samsung back again, in which case they'll probably have me send the watch back again. I truly think it has to do with their recent software update.

Have you all tried trying to update the watch since then? What about clearing the app data/cache for the Wearable app? Try clearing the app's cache or data and then try again.
If that doesn't work, does a reset of the watch and readding to the app? https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00084702/

Galaxy WatchTried repeatedly to check for updates, said it was up to date. Reset and re added the watch multiple times no luck.
I was unaware of clearing the cache - thanks for this.
I've already sent the watch back though, so I cant comment if that helps. It's silly for me to keep trying all these troubleshooting steps while it's under warranty.
Most likely culprit to be honest - everyone's fault (total speculation). Samsung pushed a software update right before the release of its active 3, it broke some older watches - the most notable effect was the LTE functionality, but it also seems like some battery and health tracking issues. ATT/Network provider cant fix cause their systems are functional. Samsung wont tell you troubleshooting because their (new) hardware is functional.
I just wish these companies would be proactive and try to help us fix problems rather than place blame. And I hope my warranty return fixes it too haha...
