Where are the hello and howdy emojis for watch 6 that were on active 2 watch after charging the battery?

Those animations have since been removed in the switch from the Tizen OS (Watch 1, 2 , 3) to Google's Wear OS (Watch 4, 5, 6). Samsung is constantly changing its UI, so it's very possible something like this could eventually return via a future software/firmware update.
