Can I pair my Galaxy Watch 4 with a treadmill designed to support Bluetooth heart rate monitors?

Not if the treadmill uses iFit.  There is an app called Fiit (for dyslexic people) that says it supports Watch 4.

Samsung tech support says they will take my feedback to the dev team for a future enhancement.
