Can't customized the watch face on the app

I can't customize the watch faces on the app, is anyone else having issues with it?

Probably wearable because mine is doing same thing. Crashes anytime I click on faces in the app

Every time I try to customize my watch faces, it freezes up. The icon just spins. Is this happening to anybody else? Or how did you fix it?

Have you tried rebooting and/or resetting your watch?

Tried resetting the watch and still the same. Now I have to wait until my watch relearn my usage which really takes about a month.lol

Oh yes. I am experiencing the same issue on my watch 4 classic and it was never like that before until last week that was when I noticed especially with third party apps.it just keeps spinning for as long as you can wait. The only way to customize it is to do it through my watch. I have cleared the cache, force stop, etc. the issue still persists.
