Can't reinstall outlook app on Watch4

I recently uninstalled the outlook app from my Watch4 and attempted to reinstall it. It won't reinstall. Before the uninstall, I updated my google password. Help please! Thanks 😊

I somehow got emails to appear on my watch even though the outlook app is not visible in the app list. All's well that ends well.
