Country not available in region selection.

Hi, 

When i set up my galaxy watch 5, it's not possible to select my country. 

I first select the language and then i get a list of regions bu there are only African and Middle-Eastern countries available. 

What could be the problem? I want it to be Belgium or The Netherlands.
