Couple issues with Galaxy Watch 7 Ultra

I have a couple Health issues with my new watch.

1. Medication reminders. They pop up on the watch 1 time, and then just on my phone after that. 

2. It doesn't look like workout auto detection is working. I have it all turned on, but it hasn't picked up an activity yet. 

Can anyone help with these?
