Exchange watch?

I bought a black Galaxy Watch 6 Classic on October 8th and I'm wondering if there's any way I can exchange it for the silver version. 

Does anyone know?

You should contact Samsung support https://www.samsung.com/us/support/contact

But I had a similar experience. They suggested me to place a new order and return the one I bought since it was within the return period so I got the full refund. However, since you said you bought it on Oct 8, I think you cannot return it now and get the refund.

@Harkstone I'm pretty sure that an exchange at Samsung isn't possible. Some options:

• You could though use it as trade-in for the GW 7 or Watch Ultra.
• Another option would be to sell your current watch and then purchase a silver GW 6.

Thanks. I have considered both of those options, buying and selling, as you said, is probably the best option.
The GW7 is a better watch (and cheaper right now), but I really like the rotating bezel, that's why I bought it. I also like the protection it offers the screen.

Thanks for your reply, I'm going to give that a try tomorrow.
Just out of curiosity I went on the Shop Samsung app to check the price if I wanted to do a trade-in, but it doesn't give the option to trade in a watch 6 classic for another watch 6 classic.
The watch 7 is a better watch, but I really like the rotating bezel.
