I have 2 x Galaxy Fit 3 bands, one for me and one for my young daughter.

I have installed each on the Galaxy Wearable app without any problem.

But when I try to switch between the bands, I can only connect with the band I installed 2nd. The band I installed 1st won't connect.

Over 90 minutes on a help chat was useless and frustrating.

Any suggestions would be welcome to be able to easily switch between both devices and control my daughter's Fit 3 through my phone , as well as my own

TIA

My impression of the use case for this feature is one owner that is upgrading their watch to another model, so that there is data continuety from the first watch to the new watch. Thus, managing two individuals on one phone would not be a use case intended and that the phone is comparing the date and time stamps of the 2nd device and determining it as being the current watch to remain connect to. Prior to the software update for this feature, you would have to delete the old watch from the Wear app before adding your new watch and all the prior health data was lost.

@Tuwac1  Are you (or someone) wearing both bands when you are trying to switch between them? If so, I think this is the source of your problem.

I would put the one that you don't want to connect with on a charger. Then you should be able to switch to the other one if someone is wearing it.
